SVPlugins

I wonder if anyone has had any difficulty with correspondence with SVPlugins? I have bought two plugins from them in the past that I am very happy with. A week ago I went to purchase another, but there was a glitch at the end of the process that meant that SVPlugins did not receive confirmation that the order had been processed. It has been, I have checked with my credit card company. I contacted SVPlugins and received a reply that it was being looked into, but since then, despite repeated requests for information, I have heard nothing from them. This is frustrating as despite the online process for submitting a ticket and subsequent follow up on the SVPlugins website, I have no other way to contact them and find out what is going on. So I was just curious if others have had a similar experience...or any other ideas?

As I say I have been very happy and grateful for the plugins produced by this company, and this experience has been unfortunate.

Re: SVPlugins

This is an update to my original post, to say that this issue has now been resolved satisfactorily.

Re: SVPlugins

This is good to hear, sort of.  I haven't had to contact svplugins often, just a few times… but I have never received a reply from them.  The latest issue I had with the svpTumblr plug in went unresolved, I never heard a word from them.

I use several of their plugins, and for the most part I like them, they work… (not svpTumblr), but I if I'm honest I really don't think I'd purchase anything else from them… you cannot depend on them.  - JamesJM
