How do I include a "screen shot" along with a post? I have the screen shot on my desktop.

Load the screenshot to your server, either using an FTP client, or directly through the Finder. When it's loaded and you are ready to post, click on the "img tag: on" text below the textbox for your post and you will get a new page with the following instructions:
If you want to display an image you can use the img tag. The text appearing after the "=" sign in the opening tag is used for the alt attribute and should be included whenever possible.

Change the text after the "img=" tag to reflect the contents of your image and change the URL to point to your image on your server (the example points to a png image, but it can be jpg, jpeg, gif…).
