I'm not sure I understand what is it that you're doing. Are you saying that you are working with a backup copy of your website on a Time Capsule, or just that you are storing your .sandvox document on a Time Capsule, using that Time Capsule as an external, networked drive?
It sounds like you're saying that when you change the name of the folder on the Time Capsule, that Sandvox loses track of media? Is that right? I have not heard of that before.
Very important: which version of Sandvox are you using? 1.6.8? 2.1?
Online
I work with 1.6.8
No i use Time Capsule with external HD, no Backup.
In Create new web in Descktop and work ok , but i create new wev site in external had Time Capsule and have problem.
I have video, I upload to amazon S3, for you?

OK, I understand. I would ask you to please file this report with Karelia Support so that we can examine it more closely. That's a problem that may or may not be solvable in 1.6.8. 2.1 has a different media architecture and will likely handle it better.

OK, I would recommend updating to 2.1, trying it again, and then following up on the reply from our case tracker. Hopefully we can get a fix in here.

Just to follow up, I tried to simulate what a Time Capsule is doing by hooking up an external drive to an AirPort Extreme, so that I have a large USB disk available under Shared in Finder.
I went through your steps in Problem A, but I was not able to reproduce that problem at all. (This is using 2.1.4 beta.) I was able to rename the folder on the external, network drive with no loss of media. I tried various combinations of adding in photos: using iMedia Browser, dragging from Finder (both photos within the renamed folder and without), and from iPhoto. Every time I reopened the document, they reappeared.
As for Problem B, are you saying that after you delete your Sandvox document you're not able to open it again? I hate to make a joke, but that's usually expected behavior. So I must not be understanding Problem B at all.
I would ask you to try again with 2.1.4. If you still have an issue, please contact Karelia Support with the exact steps and we'll see if we can work with you to track this down.
Update: I did have one thought. Could it be that when you change things on the Time Capsule that permissions on the files somehow change? You could possibly check that.
