Can't load old site after upgrading to 2.0

Just upgraded to 2.0 and the site I've been working on over the past 3 years is no longer able to open. Getting error message "body is a required value". I can load other sites (all much smaller in size), but this one won't open. Help, please!!!!!!!

Re: Can't load old site after upgrading to 2.0

Hi Jim,

Sorry this is happening for you. Fortunately we think we've tracked the bug down and fixed it in a special build for you:
http://karelia.com/beta/_Sandvox-beta-23322.dmg?

Is this something everyone should download (that have SV2)?

Re: Can't load old site after upgrading to 2.0

Same issue, different error message.  Mine says "The managed object model version used to open the persistent store is incompatible with the one that was used to create the persistent store."

I don't have a store (if that's even what this is referring to) and it's happening on all three of my websites.  The websites are still fine when looked at on a browser, but I can't open them in Sandvox itself. Thanks.

Same issue I can't open my old site after upgrading to version 2. I get an error message "sandvox.LinkElement plug-in threw an exception while migrating". Should we back up to the previous version?

Re: Can't load old site after upgrading to 2.0

After upgrading to 2.0 I am getting the same "sandvox.LinkElement plug-in threw an exception while migrating" error,  as previously reported by another user, when I try to upgrade my sites.  Has there been any resolution?

Re: Can't load old site after upgrading to 2.0

OK, the beta version allowed me to open my site, thanks. There still seems to be several issues with this version as others have commented on this forum. As an example, I am using the "Cirrus" design and I can't see the header on the home page. After conversion, throughout my entire site all the headings that were once center justified are now left justified. In many places the fonts have been changed in both size and style, while I was using regular fonts from the old version. At this point, because of the size of my site (over 1GB), I am going to revert to the previous version and await a replacement for 2.0 with the bugs fixed.

I would update to 2.0.2 and re-import your .svxSite document. If you're still having problems, please do contact Karelia Support (link at top) so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Re: Can't load old site after upgrading to 2.0

I downloaded Sandvox 2.0.2 this morning, and like others I'm unable to import my previous .svx site. (Error message: "sandvox.LinkElement plug-in threw an exception while migrating") Advice, please?
