Re: Uploading null ??

Tried everything as well.  Can't publish changes / all nor export the files to possibly upload via cyberduck.  I did a successful update prior the Sandvox fix 2.02 but it seems the issue is with the jpeg / photo album files would not complete the "media" upload nor export.  Check connections, all is good so there is definitely something wrong here and I would hate to go back to 1.68 and do all the work just done again.  Please help!

Re: Uploading null ??

This obviously sounds like a bug either with your host setup information or in publishing itself. I would first go through Setup Host and pick New Configuration and then walk through set up again -- all the way to the end -- to make sure it has correct information and then try Publish All. If that still doesn't work, then it's possible that it's getting hung up on the scaling of some graphics before uploading. I know that we are working on a fix for that.

One possibility: in Preferences, switch to "Include beta versions" when checking for updates, Check for Updates, and download the latest 2.0.3 beta version. (I think we're at beta 5 now.) Update to the beta and try publishing with that.

If you're still having problems, please contact Karelia Support (link at top) so we can work directly with you to get to the bottom of it.

Re: Uploading null ??

Tried numerous time to reconfigure or just edit the host setup.  It passes the software connectivity test every time but still the same hang-up in the middle when trying to upload with media / jpeg files.

Also tried the latest beta 2.0.3b5, promising at first but still failed the same way.

Been trying to coordinate with Kariela directly since I still can't even export the files to a folder in my computer to ftp externally.

Any other ideas...welcome...

Re: Uploading null ??

I see, tried to manipulate files for each hangup but did not work.  What did work for me is to rebuild an entire section of my website in the beta version of Sandvox.  After the rebuild...uploads were flawless.  Looks like a conversion issue here...once the section that was probably converted bad was reindexed, it was fixed.  Unfortunately this means that either you do what I did (rebuild bad sections) or reconvert your old 1.68 file to the Sandvox beta version.

Re: Uploading null ??

If you still have the old .svxSite available, we'd love to get a look at it at Karelia Support so we can see what's causing the hangup during migration and fix it. Drop us a line?
