brand new

I just bought Sandvox after watching the demo. When I open it there is a choice for an existing site or a new one. I was expecting to open a file to work on but Finder shows the files 'grayed out.'

What am I missing?

After quite a bit of browsing on this site I'm wondering if I purchased Sandvox too quickly.

It seems Sandvox expects me to create a NEW site in a proprietary format and copy/paste my data into it.

I need to revise an existing site. Should I have bought a different product?

Unfortunately, Sandvox is not able to import existing sites. You can only use Sandvox to open and edit Sandvox documents.

What you can do though, is use Sandvox to quickly create a new site that has the same basic structure as the original.

I'm going to have to look elsewhere for an editor. This site will also be edited by people who don't have Sandvox. It looks like a wonderful program but I need to ask for a refund. How do I do that?

I think the new brands are explained in good way in your forum. I am just looking online for the best brands of the different products. SO please do share a list of the best leading brands online. Thank you.
