You should contact Karelia Support (link at top of this page) about the error messages you are having. I assume you've tried all the usual things: quitting and starting Sandvox; quitting Sandvox, restarting your Mac, starting Sandvox; shutting down the Mac and starting again; etc. (even trashing Sandvox and reinstalling).
