Design is clipped

Something happened to the design template on my website!!!

On every page, the blue title background has become clipped.

I don't know how this happened nor how to fix it.  Please help me!

Same problem here - after the last update all of my web pages have the title area clipped and I can't find a way to correct it.  Even when creating a new page it is clipped.

Gary looks like Mike fixed the issue.
I noticed the only way to find you is to look up your area code to see which state you are located in.
Should be at least at the bottom along with your phone number.
