Hello.
I just published my site and my flash banner does not appear. I used "site code injection" to paste my html code in the "head area" the banner is set to "design supplied" Maybe I am missing something?
The banner shows and works in Sandvox but not when I publish. I used "simply" as my template, which does have a banner image. What am i doing wrong for it to show in my site offline but not load when published. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also, above our trip advisor rating is HTML and I can't get it to go away.
Check out my site by googling Villa Tarentaal
Yes, few quirks trying to fix. Originally some pics did not load and links did not work. If you notice please advise! Thanks for any and all help!

Have you loaded the .swf file to your server? Your code is looking for it at http://www.villatarentaal.com/flash/flash_banner.swf
You realise that Flash video will not show on iOS devices?
It says "Avenger," but I am just a Sandvox user who has been assigned the title of Avenger here in order to be able to delete spam messages. http://davidneale.eu/

I did not realize the IOS issue.... how important is this?
Thank you again.

Alright I understand IOS as Ipad, Iphone etc.... I guess my question stems from most sites having flash, seems funny that the products most people use cant see flash.... hmmm.
Do web designers just not use flash period? Trying to make my website look great for all users, looking for the best possible way to do this. Thanks.

Flash is, I'm afraid (and glad!), on the way out as far as anything but games and trivia goes. HTML5 is the way to go now.

Ande here's a recent announcement that Flash will not be supported for use on the latest version of Android:

Note that Version 4.1 Jellybean is the version that is to be used on the new Google Nexus 7 tablet, which looks like it is going to be successful.
