Sandvox 2.0.1 Update now available

I know that a number of you are having a bumpier transition upgrading to Sandvox 2 than we'd like. While the vast majority of Sandvox 1 documents have upgraded just fine, this process has uncovered a few unusual cases that we missed. We recognize the frustration and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Please know that this is a big transition for us, too, and we are working as fast as we can to address everyone's issues.

We've just released Sandvox 2.0.1 as a minor, but quick update that should help clear up a lot of these issues. You can grab the new release using Check for Updates or by re-downloading the application from sandvox.com.

There may still be some unusual cases out there that we will need to address with a new update going forward. If you continue to have problems, particularly with upgrading sites from Sandvox 1, please do send in bug reports to Karelia Support so that we can see specifically what the problems are and work to address them as quickly as possible.

This update seems to have fixed the text object issues, but now I can't see any plug-ins, both when you pick "Discover More Designs" when starting a new site, and when selecting "Discover Plug-ins" under the Sandvox menu. This worked with 2.0; broken with 2.01.

Is there a list of common error messages - the three errors I'm getting are cryptic

3 validation errors have occurred
file is a required value
caption is not valid
introduction is non-optional.

I've no idea where to start on those?

The update has not helped in my case, crashes, freezes, and clocking is driving me crazy.    I still cannot believe you turned this product loose ......obviously with out testing.  You sent me an email and said that I could revive my old version.   HOW?   Do you have telephones.....is there a number I could call so someone could help me get things fixed?  I don't care about a refund....I just want my site to work.   Am I asking for too much (phone support)?

I've just upgraded to 2.0.1. All my images have been replaced by placeholders. Text seems to be fine.
