Hi, this is Dan from Karelia and I'm going to show you how to set up hosting and a domain name with Server Logistics. So there are a couple of ways to get to their website for signing up. One is by choosing Set Up Host, make a new configuration.

Here's where we would choose On Remote Host, but really what we want to do is click on this link over here to Server Logistics and it will take us to the right web page. Or, you may have received an email from us which has links to several of our hosting providers.

You would click on the link to Server Logistics here. That opens up their website. Let's go ahead and choose Web Hosting. And here is where you can choose what kind of plan you want. I'm going to go ahead and scroll down to the bottom here to choose the item in the Basic column, click Order Now.

Now at this point, I can choose to transfer an existing domain, or in this case, I have a new domain that I want them to set up. That domain is plastic-silverware.com. So I will click to continue, and they're telling me that this is available, so I'm going to go ahead and choose this domain name.

I can get more than one year if I want, but one year is fine for now. Click to continue. This is letting me review the information and to help me decide whether I want to get annually or monthly. I'll just choose monthly for now.

You can also choose additional options, extra domains, databases, additional gigabytes of transfer, additional web storage, and additional email storage. I'll leave this as is for now, choose Update Cart. I'll go ahead and add these two features, why not? Update Cart, and now here is a statement of all of the prices.

We have the monthly amount of $9.95 for the hosting, an annual $12 for the domain name, and what I do want to add here is our coupon to get a discount. Type it in, click Validate Code, and you'll see how this updates the prices.

And we are ready to checkout. At the bottom, we have the registration details, the information about the domain name, and how you're going to pay. So I'm going to choose Credit Card. Now, I've got to make sure that I've read the Terms of Service. I'll check that I've read the Terms of Service, and I will press Complete Order.

Now we're at the next screen where we can enter our contact information, which is fine. And then we're going to add a new credit card. Here I will enter my credit card information, and then when that is set up, I will click to continue.

And there it is. There's my Order Confirmation, and now I'm going to wait for the confirmation email. I got an email from Server Logistics shortly thereafter, and that has all of the information that I need from my hosting package.

What I'm going to do is go ahead and go back to Sandbox and enter the information that they gave us into our Host Setup Assistance. So I'll click Setup Host. I'll set up a new configuration. So I'm going to choose On a Remote Host, and I'm going to be using FTP or SFTP or webDAV, and then click continue.

So we're going to start filling this in. The URL format is basically the URL of our website. Now the host's name, they gave us web1.serverlogistics.com or we can use the numeric address. I'm just going to paste in the numeric address that they gave us.

Notice how it says SFTP Yes, that's good that we can use SFTP, because it's more secure. We'll choose that. Enter the user name, plastics. And I will be pasting in the password. Now for document root, they specify this. They call it the WWW Root folder. I'll enter public_html and leave the subfolder blank.

Click Continue, and we'll see it test the connection. And it looks like it passed the test. It was able to upload the test file and then retrieve it over the web. That's great, click Continue. There's a little summary of everything, click Done.

Now I'm ready to publish my page. So click Publish, and that's done. So now what I'll do, is I'll go ahead and look at the site on the web. Choose View Published Site and that opens it up in Safari. There we are.
