We're pleased to announce that we have just released a new version of our iMedia Browser. This is a free program.
With this standalone utility, which you can activate from your dock or a small icon in the menu bar, you browse images, sounds, movies, or links from this compact window and drag them into any application.
Version 1.1 provides a number of Leopard-specific fixes, adds support for Adobe Lightroom, brings in Help pages, and incorporates the feedback reporter that we have in Sandvox. You can see the full set of release notes, showing changes since our 1.0 version, here.

Everybody's doing Facebook these days, so we thought we'd create a Sandvox group there. So if you are a Facebook member, come on by and use it chat about Sandvox!
The other big thing is Twitter, so we made a feed where we will keep the world up to date with what we are doing, in more frequent bite-size chunks than we put here. We will be giving you a peek behind the scenes as we put together our updates to Sandvox and other apps. Our latest “tweet” can be found in the sidebar of our Blog page, but come by and visit us on Twitter to see all our updates. If you use Twitter yourself — We recommend using a great desktop application called Twitterrific — please follow us!
Sandvox users, have you signed up for the
Sandvox Yahoo! Group? If not, we wanted to suggest you give it a spin. The group has reached a critical mass in the last couple of months to where just about every question or comment gets a helpful reply from a "guru" user (or from one of the Karelians if somebody doesn't beat us to it).
Even if you don't have a question, it's good to see what others are doing with Sandvox; it might give you some ideas on how to enhance your own website. Feel free to
browse the message archives.
join the group! If you don't have a Yahoo! account, you can still sign up for the group in mailing-list mode. Just use the form below to sign up. See you there! Your e-mail address: Join Group
